How to set up your Nectar

1. UNBOX

Unbox your Nectar where you want to sleep on it. Remove the outer plastic layer, lay on its side & unroll.*

2. REMOVE PLASTIC COVER

Use the enclosed cutter to remove the plastic covering (please be careful not to cut the mattress).

3. WATCH IT EXPAND

Enjoy watching your Nectar expand to its full size! This usually takes 3-5 hours, and you can sleep on it right away. The mattress should reach its lifetime resting size within a few days.

4. ENJOY THE BESTSLEEP

Lie back and enjoy the best sleep of your life! It may take a few nights to get used to your new Nectar as it shapes to your body, but we guarantee it’s worth it!

Getting Used to Your Nectar

TAKE 30 NIGHTS

We’re so confident in our mattress that we offer a 30 night trial. I know it sounds crazy, but we’re that confident and the fact that we get so few returns shows we are right to be.

EXPANSION OF MATTRESS

Your Nectar will expand to its full size. This may take 3-5 hours, but certainly within 48 hours your mattress will be in the final shape it should be.

HIGH QUALITY MATERIALS

Nectar’s foams are of exceptional quality—they’re CertiPUR-US® Certified! While Nectar mattresses generally don’t emit an odor upon opening, any residual smells from the vacuum-sealing process will dissipate quickly and are nothing to worry about.

TOO SOFT OR TOO FIRM?

We find that for 95% of Nectar sleepers our firmness rating of 6.5 is just right. However if after 30 days you find your Nectar either too firm or too soft—please get in touch with us and we can match you with a sleep expert to see how we can help.

  • Should I rotate or flip the mattress?

    Our mattress does not require flipping! We suggest to rotate your Nectar once or twice a year to ensure your mattress is perfect for years to come

  • Do I need to use a mattress protector or is my Nectar cover enough?

    Although a mattress protector is not required we suggest a mattress protector to ensure that your Nectar stays stain and spill free.

  • This is my first memory foam mattress—it feels different...

    If you’re not used to sleeping on a memory foam mattress, it can take a little getting used to. What is so important is not the level of softness you may be used to from a conventional spring mattress, but the support that a memory foam mattress provides. Take 30 days for your body, and your Nectar to get used to each other—you won’t look back!

  • Can I clean Nectar’s Cover?

    Absolutely. You can spot clean Nectar’s cover with a safe, mild detergent or hand soap.
