    You will continue to pay for your financed purchase(s) per your finance agreement (until paid in full). You can still make payments online at Conns.com, by phone at 800-511-5750, by mail to PO Box 815867, Dallas, TX 75234-5867 or in your local Conn’s store until stores close.

  • 2. Will the DCs have product available in stock?

    The DCs will not be bringing new merchandise in. We are currently selling our current inventory at discounted prices.

  • 3. Will the DCs still be delivering?

    The DCs will continue to deliver orders that have been placed. If delivery schedules change, you will be notified at the time of purchase.

  • 4. Conn’s HomePlus is no longer financing?

    You can pay by credit card or through AFF’s lease-to-own option.

  • 5. Will I still be able to have my products delivered?

    Check your local store for delivery options and availability.

  • 6. Are the prices on the website actual sales prices?

    The prices on the website are regular retail. The discount is applied during the checkout process.

  • 7. What is the closing date for all stores?

    We do not have a set date for the closures. Store will continue to sell merchandise through the liquidation process.

  • 8. Will I continue to pay financing to Conn’s?

    You will continue to pay your bill as you always have. If you encounter any online payment issues, please call 800-511-5750.

  • 9. Are all stores closing?

    Yes, all Conn’s stores are closing.

  • 10. Can items still be ordered?

    Yes, items can still be ordered, depending on inventory levels in the warehouse(s).

  • 11. What should I do if I just purchased furniture under warranty?

    If a customer purchased FurnitureGuard and the terms are still effective, please call back in one week. Conn’s will have an update for customers who purchased FurnitureGuard.
