Yes! You can cancel at any time. Cancellation provision and applicable refunds vary by state. Please click here for a cancellation form that can be mailed, faxed, or scanned. See form for more details.

  • Are there additional expenses associated with my plan?

There is no cost to you for covered failures for up to four years after date of plan purchase, depending on the terms of your plan and coverage period. And there’s no charge to you if no problem is found on a service call.

  • How do I get my product to you that needs service or repairing?

Bring it to us or we’ll come to you! We provide convenient carry-in and in-home service options, depending on the Repair Service Agreement you purchase.

  • How Much Money Can You Save?

Ever notice that, sometimes, it costs just as much to fix something as it does to replace it? And buying a new product isn’t always an option.
